The HD muffler I used came in a set of take offs, that were glasspacked ? with a center baffler. There were from a 1340 cc engine, so figured one would work fine for a 650. It does, The are rated on a HD at 84 db, so are not offensive, but have a pleasant mellow sound. I am using a cut off RAASK drag pipe for a head pipe, not cheap, but the HD slips inside the chome outer cover and over the inner pipe and seals w/o a clamp. Extending the bracket was easy. It would take some spacers to make the HD fit the OEM head pipe. Have fun with it. Max
